34 Series AffordCard
One component ink for screen printing on PVC sheets and polycarbonates employed in the manufacture of plastic cards. Cards printed with 34 SERIES hold the lamination. There are also special grades of gold and silver to overcome with these problems.
One component ink for screen printing on sheets and injected pieces of polypropilene, usually without need of flaming. It allows decorating items that, due to their characteristics, such as very thin walls or very big dimensions, etc., flaming makes them loosing important attributes such as dimensional stability in industrial pieces or gloss in decorative pieces.

- Due to the different lamination techniques, we encourage the user to make the previous essays in order to assure the adequate behaviour of the ink.
PVC and Polycarbonate Plastic Cards.
D-200 as fast to normal and D-696 as normal to slow. Itsadequate mixture gives a good behaviour in the screen and short drying times, between 5 and 20 minutes when dried to the air, depending on the material and the job, and in seconds when passes through a tunnel.
Emulsion with ARGAZOL-E (easy decoating) or ARGAZOL-UV (high performance and definition) with meshes from90 to 150 meshes/cm.
